Anna is the Managing Director at Callen Olive and plays a central role in shaping the culture, direction, and day-to-day experience of the practice. A genuine commitment to supporting both the team and clients inspires her work every day. She is closely involved in developing the clinic’s vision, maintaining high standards across the business, and ensuring that patients receive a consistently positive and well-managed experience. Through strong leadership, clear communication, and a people-first approach, she helps create an environment where the team can thrive and patients feel valued, supported, and confident in the care they receive.

Before joining Callen Olive, she spent several years working in the luxury hospitality sector, including roles as a Beauty Therapist and Spa Manager. These experiences helped her develop a natural ability to build meaningful relationships and deliver high-quality service, skills she now brings into her leadership role within healthcare.

Today, she is focused on building an exceptional reputation for the practice, nurturing trusted relationships with clients, and fostering a strong sense of community that connects the team and patients alike. Her strong sense of integrity drives her commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, exceeding expectations, and encouraging personal and professional growth within the team.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys expressing her creativity through painting and finds real enjoyment in working with acrylics on a blank canvas. She is also rarely without her cockapoo, Winston, who she adores and loves taking out for long walks whenever she gets the chance. Music is a big part of her life, and she rarely lets a month go by without attending a live gig, with The Rolling Stones, Imagine Dragons, and Girls Aloud among her favourites.
