How to use

Use on clean, dry feet before bathing. Using gentle, even strokes, file areas of dry or hard skin until feet feel smooth and refined. Avoid excessive pressure and allow the file to do the work. One of the most common mistakes I see in clinic is using a foot file after soaking the feet.

When skin becomes saturated with water, it softens and can be more difficult to remove areas of dry, hard skin effectively. For best results, always use the Ultimate Professional Foot File on clean, dry feet before bathing.
