Esther Attley — Front of House

Esther is the Front of House Receptionist at Callen Olive and plays a key role in shaping each patient’s experience with the clinic. She is deeply committed to excellence in customer service, ensuring every interaction — from the first phone call to welcoming patients in person — is professional, warm, and reassuring. Working closely with the clinical team, she helps the day-to-day running of the clinic flow smoothly by supporting appointment bookings, patient enquiries, and communication, always with care and efficiency. With a strong eye for detail and a calm, approachable manner, she helps create a positive first impression and ensures patients feel listened to and well looked after throughout their journey with the practice.

Her background is firmly rooted in customer-focused roles, and she finds real satisfaction in building positive, long-term relationships with patients. Creating a welcoming and supportive environment is something she takes great pride in, and she enjoys helping people feel at ease when visiting the clinic.

Working at Callen Olive brings together everything she enjoys about customer service, alongside the added fulfilment of being part of a supportive, friendly, and diverse team. As a mother of two, she also feels particularly motivated by supporting families within the local community and contributing to a positive experience for patients of all ages.

Outside of work, Esther enjoys spending time with her family and loves entertaining and cooking for friends — her slow cooker is a firm favourite in the kitchen. When she gets rare moments to herself, she enjoys unwinding with a good TV box set with a sweet treat. Music is a big part of her life, and she especially loves live gigs, with a soft spot for 90s bands and the music of Kate Bush.
