One of the most common mistakes I see is soaking the feet before using a foot file. Whilst it may seem beneficial, soaking causes the skin to absorb water and become softened, making it more difficult to effectively remove areas of dry, hard skin.
For best results, always use the Ultimate Professional Foot File on clean, dry feet. Begin with gentle circular movements over areas of hard skin and callus, allowing the file to do the work without applying excessive pressure.
Once your feet feel smooth and refined, follow with Foot Sole & Heel Saviour Balm or your favourite Callen Olive moisturiser to replenish moisture and leave the skin feeling soft, comfortable and beautifully cared for.
